Well trained staff members observing your pet for signs of boarding stress such as:
|
Any of these problems will result in a boarding incident report that will be quickly reviewed by our medical staff and appropriate remedial action will be taken.
Our boarded cats are kept in the treatment area of the hospital for monitoring by our staff. While they are not allowed out of their cages for their own safety, boarded cats enjoy watching all the activity of a busy veterinary hospital. We feed your cat the food you bring and provide clean water and clean litter throughout the day.
We have a specially constructed isolation room completely separate from our boarding areas to house communicably ill animals. The air that circulates through this room is never circulated throughout any of the other boarding areas.
